The Benchmark Trainings are designed for participants who enjoy physical, mental and/or emotional good health. If you (i) suffer any ailments physically, mentally or emotionally; (ii) are attended to by medical and/or mental health practitioner(s); (iii) intend to or should have had sought attendance by medical and/or mental health practitioner(s);... and/or (iv) are feeling unwell/depressed or have difficulty sleeping, you must consult your medical and/or mental health professional(s) and resolve your above-said issue(s) completely before participating in any Benchmark Trainings. Upon reasonable written request, Benchmark will provide you and your medical and/ or mental health professional(s) with the necessary further information as are reasonably required to enable you to make an informed decision regarding your enrolment and/or participation in any of the Benchmark Trainings.
