Due to the Covid-19... situation, we are requiring all applicants fill out an application PRIOR to scheduling a viewing of any occupied apartment. This helps us to determine if you'll be eligible to rent, and helps us minimize the disruption to our current tenants. If you are interested in any currently available apartment, or are looking for something for a future date, fill out the application below to get prescreened. We have a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment (in a duplex) available around November 7th. It is located at 211 E. High Street. Rent is $575/month and includes water/sewer, natural gas heat, garbage and recycling pickup, and lawn care. Tenant pays electric, which includes lights/outlets/stove and hot water heater. Tenant also handles all snow shoveling/plowing. This apartment isn't super big, but has a nice sized kitchen and living room. The larger bedroom is located at the front of the apartment off the living room. Its not huge, but can accommodate a queen sized bed. It has a small closet. The second bedroom is off the kitchen and could fit a twin sized bed. It does have a bit of a weird "window" opening into the kitchen, and also a floor hatch for basement access, so it is best used as an office space. The kitchen is older, but cute. The bathroom has a nice tiled tub surround, and will be getting new flooring prior to occupancy. There is no laundry on site, but the local laundromat is only a few blocks away. There is off street parking near the door of the apartment for 1 vehicle. Any other vehicles will park on the street in the summer, and in the winter, will park in the adjoining vacant grass lot (which can be enjoyed as a yard in the summer).
