Barnard Commercial was founded in 1999 by Craig Barnard to specialize in the retail segment of commercial real estate for Landlords and Tenants. We've evolved from small shop space retail leasing to a full scale leasing and investment brokerage. When it comes to working with tenants we span a broad knowledge base and excel at working with small one... location tenants as well as the national brands. On the landlord side we love everything from 'finish off' leasing, for the last couple of vacancies, to pre-leasing new developments and have had many relationships for 15+ years. With brokerage on the investment side we utilize our vast network of relationships that we have built over the years to effectively evaluate the property and present it to other like minded investors on either a targeted approach or a national broadcast depending on the clients needs. We take pride in our ability to work within our team approach and our superior knowledge of the trade areas.
