Kendall received her massage training from the Lotus School of Integrative Professions and has since been expanding her knowledge of holistic healing. She specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Integrative Reflexology, and Therapeutic massage. She has experience working alongside Chiropractors, focusing on rehabilitative and... preventative massage in wellness centers, as well as experience in spa settings providing relaxation and therapeutic services. She works with each client to customize the session to meet their specific needs. Kendall is continually expanding her knowledge by participating in continuing education and workshops, and is very excited to be a part of the Awaken collective. Annie is a top graduate of the John Tyler Community College Massage Therapy program and an intern alum at Awaken during her time in school. Annie believes that open communication, with ones own body and with the therapist, is the most important part of an integrative approach to your health. She looks forward to the process of making personal connections with her clients and making progress in her clients wellness goals. As a certified personal trainer, Annie enjoys working with athletes and those who are looking to ease the effects of an active lifestyle. Relaxation massage, deep tissue and trigger point work, NMT, and traction work are a few of Annies favorite methods of massage work. Most of her massages include stretching a variety of body areas and joint mobilization.
