Auto Nation Ford

I recently purchased a Ford Ranger from AutoNation. The entire purchase experience from start to finish was top notch. The salesman, Eric Butler, was helpful in providing information to me about the various Ranger options regarding cab sizes, length of pickup bed and trim packages. He worked with me to take the Ranger of my choice home overnight so... I could have my busy husband test drive it too. The actual purchase process was handled by Christine Fleeman, who made it a point of carefully explaining the signing process and ensuring we understood all the items she was reviewing with us. Had a great purchase experience! I Went in looking for a F-350 super duty pick up truck. I was taken seriously and it was a hassle free experience. Since I was already pre-approved by Ford Motor Credit, it speeded up the process even more. I love the truck... Great last minute service when our pick-up car arrived with flat tire. Service Dept able to get it in and new tires on it in about an hour. Thank you AutoNation Ford. My Truck had a A/C issues, that the AutoNation Lincoln Service department fixed in no time at all. The service was great. Dan is always very professional and keeps me up to date whenever I bring a vehicle in for service? Very friendly staff. Vehicle was ready in a timely manner. Everyone at AutoNation was very knowledgeable. Tammy was especially knowledgeable and let me know exactly what was going to happen. And it was completed on time Great work. Alway kept me up to date on the progress of repairs. Made everything very easy. Would use them again, hope I won't need them again. Collision Center was great! Great experience with our first services (transmission & coolant flush). Also took care of our recall. The service manager kept us updated from start to finish and cross-checked to ensure our desired service request were being met.
