Attorney White gives every client and every transaction his personal attention from receiving the sales contract through the closing. He and our team of experienced paralegals are available to answer questions, solve problems, and reassure clients that their transaction is as important to us as it is to them. We are here to help you navigate the process. We handle real estate transactions for property located in Buncombe County, Henderson County, and Madison County. This includes Asheville, Arden, Biltmore Forest, Black Mountain, Candler, Enka, Fairview, Flat Rock, Fletcher, Hendersonville, Marshall, Mars Hill, Mills River, Montford, Montreat, Swannanoa, Weaverville, West Asheville, Woodfin, and surrounding communities. John is an Asheville native. After attending high school at T.C. Roberson, he studied political science and economics at Duke University. In 2002, John graduated from Duke with distinction in political science. Following college, John attended law school at Columbia University in New York. During law school, John participated in Columbia's Small Business/Non-Profit Clinic, learning to help entrepreneurs and community advocates start their own businesses and charities. He also volunteered with the Unemployment Action Center representing unemployment insurance claimants who had been wrongly denied benefits. After law school, John practiced for almost seven years as a litigation associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, LLP.
