He led, and was responsible for, over $200 million in property trades, acquisitions and divestiture transactions for the ARCO Permian Business Unit. Prior to ARCO, he served as Senior Engineer for Henry Petroleum Corporation from 2000 to 1995. His responsibilities included project identification, development, operational management, and line of cre... dit redeterminations. Bob supervised the drilling of 138 wells and had oversight of over 278 producing wells and two SWD systems in the Permian Basin. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Midland Memorial Hospital (former Chairman), and previously served on the Board of Directors (former President) for MMH. He also serves on the local Board of Prosperity Bank. Bob has served as a Board Member of Natural Gas Producers Association (President), FEPA - Financing Exploration Production Acquisition Association (former Chairman), Society of Petroleum Engineers (International Board & local Chair) and Society of Professional Evaluation Engineers (International Board & local Chair). He is a member of the Texas and National Societies of Professional Engineers. Bob earned an MS in Petroleum Management from the University of Kansas in 1987 and a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines in 1983.
