Aidan OConnell & Associates Ltd opened a 2nd office in Dublin in May 2014. The Dublin Office has expanded considerably over the past three years, managed by Colin Scott. Our Dublin Office offers a fully comprehensive engineering solution including all Pyrite matters, Civil and Structural Design and property surveys. Continued growth of our Dublin office occurred through the acquisition of Merit Consulting which has increased our skilled staff levels. In early 2017 AOCA was awarded all engineering work associated with the Premier Guarantee book of business in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
