All of our coffee is freshly roasted in our facility. Our production time starts two days before the desired delivery date. Once the coffee is roasted it will be quickly cooled and degassed and then packed in an air tight bag with one way valve to guaranty the freshness of the coffee. We can also do roasting profile customization to our preferred customers, this will ensure that the coffee they are serving met the targeted market segments according to our customers' expectation. Besides providing specialty coffee beans, we will also give intensive training to your Barista, to give them an understanding on how coffee should be treated professionally.
