Since 1... 998, Anko Food Machine's mission is to help customers grow their business by increasing production efficiency and reducing labor cost. Anko Food Machine's business started as a mom-and-pop bakery shop serving neighborhood customers. Later on, Anko Food Machine grew to a USDA-approved manufacturing facility producing over 80 different dim-sum and bakery products and had success selling these products wholesale to supermarket chains. Eventually, Anko Food Machine's business transformed to help businesses expand their food production capabilities through automated & semi-automated food machinery. From 1999 to 2014, Anko Food Machine partnered with ANKO Food Machine Co, Ltd. in Taiwan to make food production machines available to the U.S. market. Since January 2015, Anko Food Machine has further expanded Anko Food Machine's equipment line to provide a wider range of quality, affordable food machinery, bakery equipment, and packaging machinery.
