The expertise of our knowledgeable staff assure engineered quality by reviewing tooling designs, certifying raw materials, inspecting tooling, and monitoring process controls and documentation. They control quality by performing dimensional and appearance checks on three pieces, documenting the results in QC Reports. In cases where quality problems are identified, our quality engineers perform a root cause analysis and develop a corrective action plan. Upon implementation of the corrective action plan, the quality control staff confirm the results.
