Adaptive Consulting was founded in 2007 with a mission to help companies across the supply chain and logistics space to maximise their investments in the systems and technology that they have implemented. Back then we were seeing many companies invest in systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, but were not getting the full benef... its of having these systems in place. We have since extended our capability to also helping organisations across a range of other areas, which includes: Helping companies through business transformation programs, process improvement initiatives and workflow automation Guiding organisations on their information management initiatives from collecting and using data within the business, to identifying strategic and operational insights from this data Roshan is the Founder of Adaptive Consulting and has a strong Project Management and Consulting background. He specialises in the Supply Chain & Logistics industry and is passionate about seeing this industry thrive. Roshan has extensive experience across a range of industries including manufacturing, transportation, stevedoring, warehousing, finance, insurance, travel, mining services and recently in oil & gas.
