LACA-Europe is a European association that unites the Court of Justice of the European Union and the Supreme Administrative Courts of each EU member state, along with observer jurisdictions from Albania, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey, and Ukraine. The organization aims to enhance understanding of European law among judges of Supreme Administrative Cou... rts and promote mutual trust and efficient functioning of administrative justice within the EU. It serves as a unique network of Supreme Administrative Courts across 35 European states, facilitating the exchange of ideas on the rule of law and access to judicial decisions implementing EU law.
