Whiting Construction distinguishes itself through meticulous attention to installation details that many competitors overlook, particularly the replacement and custom design of edge metal on re-roofing projects. Whiting Construction emphasizes documentation and quality control throughout every project phase, issuing detailed written step-by-step specifications on work orders and job sheets while maintaining careful tracking and recording of material quantities, batch numbers, and weather conditions. This systematic approach to information management ensures that correct procedures are followed consistently and enables the company to deliver superior products while providing customers with comprehensive project documentation.
