Upsell, LLC was formed in 2008 to develop and promote a turn-key private labeled solution for the membership continuity marketplace, White Label Revenue. Upsell, LLC is powered by proprietary software and technology platform developed in 1999 by Rapid Portal, Inc., a sister of Upsell, LLC. This proprietary software provides all the necessary back-e... nd services to operate a continuity model, such as membership programs. From gateway integration to merchant processing, fulfillment, customer service, rebilling, reporting, and payment processing, this proprietary technology enables partner companies to integrate their online and offline sales into a seamless back-end system. In 2005, Rapid Portal developed proprietary software to provide Voice-Over IP services to consumers and businesses for voip.com, another company owned and operated by Upsell's founder, Martin Toha. Using the voip.com platform, Rapid Portal developed proprietary call center software and an integrated management system now being utilized by Pro Support, the company's call center organization to manage its in-house customer service operations.Read More
