The Cooling Employee Directory

That's the goal for The Cooling Company, which has now provided the absolute best comfort for Southern Nevada homes since March 31st, 2011, and is well on its way to being the premier service company to Las Vegas and its surrounding areas. Taking pride in the company's services and honesty to the company's customers, the company's family-owned comp... any brings more than 40 years of knowledge into customers' homes, including 20 years of dedication from the company's management team, who lead the seasoned and veteran staff of highly trained technicians. "The company's Field Supervisor, Wellington is probably the most honest, amazing man I've ever met. He goes out to customer's home no matter how cold or hot it is. We've built such strong relationships with customers we've actually had them call on the company's tech's when they needed basic assistance or just to see how the company's team was doing." The Cooling Company's innovative approach toward maintaining the health of the company's customers and their homes is nothing more than making the company's clients part of the family, providing the best for Southern Nevada families and their homes. Not to mention the environment, as the company's Las Vegas based firm uses high efficiency products that make having an air conditioning system no longer an inconvenient necessity, yet rather an enjoyable experience in the desert heat. The Cooling Company is staffed with expert employees who have the skills, abilities and knowledge to provide the very best for their customers. Each of the company's firm's employees go through an extensive interview, background check, hiring, and training process to ensure that only the very best will be taking customer-service calls, and/or servicing customers in their homes.Read More
