Surgi's distinguishes itself through full-service support backed by a highly trained group of service technicians available seven days a week to address heating and air conditioning needs across all major equipment brands. The company holds certification as a Trane Comfort Specialist, a designation awarded to the top ten percent of Trane dealers nationally and reflecting Surgi's adherence to Trane's rigorous standards for service and technical excellence. This recognition establishes Surgi's as a premier HVAC provider in the New Orleans market. Historically, Surgi's played a significant role in the region's suburban development; during the late 1970s and early 1980s, the company was the largest Trane dealer in the United States and was instrumental in mechanical infrastructure development across Metairie, Kenner, Slidell, and the Mandeville/Covington suburbs, accounting for eighty percent of all new construction mechanical permits filed in Jefferson Parish. Under current ownership since 1995, Surgi's has evolved from its origins as primarily a new construction specialist to a diversified HVAC service provider offering design, installation, and maintenance capabilities for both residential and light commercial applications. The company's service area encompasses multiple parishes including Orleans, Jefferson, St. Bernard, St. Tammany, St. John the Baptist, and St. Charles, supported by ownership holding comprehensive mechanical contractor licensing across Louisiana and all relevant local jurisdictions.Read More
