SR Construction Pty Ltd is a well established multi-trade construction company, providing professional services to the private and public housing sectors. SR Construction has grown to be a main player in public housing restoration and upgrade works. We balance our workload through direct employment and subcontractors using an overarching supervisio... n system. We have learned much about the requirements and standards of HNSW and have a very comprehensive understanding of these needs. Also, although working in tenanted properties is not for everyone, we have had years of experience in resolving issues and diffusing tense situations. SR Construction predominantly works in the Sydney Metropolitan area but work has also been undertaken in Newcastle, Wollongong, Southern Highlands and Cooma due to the flexibility of our employment system. We manage our workload through our high speed, easy to use and highly accessible work system - STREAM which is accessible through this website. Stream, streamlines work progress and monitors job loads and work status. There are logins for our direct employees, subcontractors, inspectors and clients providing quick and accurate access to beneficial, real-time information. ACHL employs tenants to assist with their properties. A Western Sydney program helping troubled teens has been so successful, it's being rolled-out across the nation.Read More
