After working for the same company for 12 years and learning what it took to be an owner by starting from the bottom as a Sales Rep, then being promoted to a General Manager, Regional Manager, Regional Director, Vice President and finally a Senior Vice President the mindset had changed to why not work for yourself and use the tools that you learned to open your own company.
