Shanti InfoTech Employee Directory

We paraphrase your idea in a technical frame to indicate a direction of development and end product. On the basis of the end product finalized above, we prepare a business proposal that will include delivery milestones, technology to be used, development methodology, details of licensed purchases to be made, and budget. Once our business proposal is... approved by you, we move onwards with preparing wireframes for your digital product. This step might involve several iterations to arrive at a perfect wireframe. We closely work with the client to pick a design that suits the clients requirements and business needs. We follow the agile development methodology, any additional feedback from the client in the form of additional features is included in the next iteration or sprint. At the end of every sprint, we hold a sprint review meeting with the client, in which the work done on the current sprint is shown and is compared with the commitments made at the beginning of the sprint. In this step, your digital product is released along with the documentation from our end once we receive your satisfying feedback on our latest sprint.
