RSVP, Inc.'s Supported Employment personnel have education and experience in Rehabilitation Counseling, Supported Employment, or related fields, and are actively engaged in obtaining and maintaining appropriate training and credentials to serve our consumers and customers effectively. The RSVP, Inc. Supported Employment Program provides employment and support services to persons with disabilities. Our goal is to assist program participants to successfully achieve and maintain competitive employment in community-based, integrated settings, with opportunities for ongoing support. We believe in a team approach in the provision of services, and we will work closely with Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) Counselors, Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired (DBVI) Counselors, Community Service Board (CSB) Case Managers, or other stakeholders to provide services consistent with the goals established for the consumers with whom we work.
