Timothy places a strong emphasis on training which keeps our team above the rest. Training of employees is essential in order to stay current with the ever changing technology in the HVAC industry. Timothy acquires or provides training in both technical as well as safety compliance for our employees. Safety training is most beneficial to us as well as our customers and their property. RHEACO SERVICE continues to be involved in the design and installation of new commercial and residential systems. The design and sales team performs proper load calculations in accordance with applicable Codes and Standards, and designs systems that conform to those requirements. With this type of practice all applications ensures that our customers can experience a comfort system that is properly sized, thus operating at energy efficient levels and costs. Timothy & Cherie reside in Dayton, Tn where they raised their 2 children who are now married. Their daughter, husband and 3 boys live in Knoxville, Tn and their son, wife and 2 german shepherds live in Virginia.
