Repêchage Employee Directory

Repchage (re-pe-shaj) is French for second chance, a second chance for beautiful skin. Since 1980, Repchage has helped people achieve beautiful skin with our seaweed-based skincare products that are featured at top spas and salons globally. Repchage Founder Lydia Sarfati, and her husband and Co-founder, David Sarfati have been committed to creating... the highest quality and most efficacious professional and at-home products available. To do this, Repchage combines the pure, healthy benefits of sustainably harvested seaweed from the coast of Maine and France, and other important ingredients derived from nature with the most advanced technological research to create the very best skin care from earth and sea. Lydia Sarfati is a master esthetician, an international industry leader and the developer of the world-renowned Repchage Four-Layer Facial®, what Cosmopolitan UK has called "the best facial of the century." Today, the Sarfatis oversee a 50,000 square foot, ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing, research, development and training facility in Secaucus, NJ. Pioneering seaweed-based skincare treatments and cosmetics in the U.S., Repchage now has over 20 skin care regimens for every skin type and concern and over 100 products for the professional and consumer, manufactured in the United States, and is sold in over 45 countries worldwide. Using seaweed filtrate derived by a proprietary method, Repchage continues to develop products that are paraben-free, not tested on animals and made with a multitude of natural and organic ingredients. Lydia Sarfati appears nationally and internationally at esthetic trade shows and attends and conducts international conferences through-out the year. Repchage is proud to be available at luxury spas and destination resorts, professional skin care centers and medical centers as well as through repechage.com.Read More
