Q Group Employee Directory

Q was established in 2005. The founders of Q wanted to create a company where the culture isnt focused on profit at the expense of Client and Subcontractor relationships. But to instead create a company where the culture respects the process and understands the role everyone needs to play to ensure the long term success of the Clients dream, the Co... ntractors Company and the network by supporting Subcontractors growth. Our goal is to create an environment and culture where hard work and success is acknowledged, but long-term success is prioritised over short term profit. We understand that it is vitally important to work in partnership with the clients, consultants and subcontractors to achieve an end result that all stakeholders can take pride in. This is achieved by acting quickly and proactively to resolve any issues, mitigating increased costs and lost momentum on a project. This is the commitment we have applied to the wide range of significant construction projects Q Group has successfully completed. Q Constructions unique collaborative approach to building creates frictionless projects that make clients want to come back.Read More
