Premier Properties Employee Directory

We specialize in representing our clients in the purchase and sale of residential property within the cities of Fremont, Newark, and Union City. When meeting a new client, our first step is to determine the client's goals and expectations and then to work hard to exceed those expectations. We begin by listening to our clients, making sure we unders... tand their needs and desires. Then we develop a detailed plan of action to achieve those goals. Constant communication and meticulous attention to detail is an important part of the service we provide. Our mission is to always provide the kind of real estate service to others that we would want for ourselves. Our client's best interest is our first priority. That explains why 80% of our business comes from referrals and repeat clients! We also assist homeowners with managing their rental properties. We're very pleased that both the homeowners and tenants we work with feel they have received excellent, caring and attentive service. We have established relationships with relocation companies that represent many of the major corporations in the area, providing an excellent network of qualified homebuyers and tenants. These relationships help us to sell or rent homes quickly. We are both natives of Fremont. Since 1989, we have been helping people achieve their real estate goals. Over 20 years ago we founded Premier Properties. We were honored to receive an award as the "Best in Property Management" from the Argus in our first year of operation. In addition to real estate, we also enjoy spending time with our children and grandchildren, traveling, biking, and volunteering. We are happy to assist you with any questions you may have regarding the local schools or you may click the school information button on the left of our home page. 39488 Stevenson Place, Ste 106 - Fremont, CA 94539Read More
