Pole Position Employee Directory

The motorsports industry is growing at a rapid pace, and many automotive country clubs are constructed with enthusiasm but not necessarily with a solid business plan. The industry is exponentially expanding in the Middle East and Asia, where talent is paramount but in short supply. It is a world where commercial modelling and planning can sometimes... take a back seat while the driver plants his foot on the accelerator. It is a world where design and safety are absolutely essential for the participants and the general public. The founder of Pole Position, Ryan Trutch, has made a name for himself as a consummate professional over his 35 years in the sector. After leaving a career in design, he always strived to follow his dreams-and with a passion for motorsport, he has made several successful businesses in the industry, including UAE's aftermarket outlet, one of Dubai's renowned tuning shops, and the Middle East's first motorsports outlet. After enjoying nine years growing Dubai's premier motorsports facility, he has started Pole Position to serve other circuits, bring people together, create events, and provide a resource to the industry. Whether you're thinking of building race circuit, pulling together or redeveloping a masterplan for a venue, looking for commercial guidance, opening a new business, looking to connect with outlets or dealers for your product, or even if your company is headhunting for specific professionals, our ambition is to put your business in Pole Position.Read More
