Phase One Employee Directory

We exist to bridge the gap between homeowner dreams and construction realities. PHASE ONE FOUNDERS, PAM & CJ, SPENT CAREERS IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY. We know the ins-and-outs of construction, and we know what it takes to make dreams come true for home-owners. We know how overwhelming it can be to re-imagine a home on your own. You may want to t... ake out a wall and open up the space, but you need an expert to tell you if it is possible. You need to know roughly how much this project is going to cost before you can even think of calling a contractor. And Mr. McFixit might be great with a hammer, but he is NOT the high-end designer you want helping with selections for your new master suite. The reality is, when people dont know where to start, they never do. We listen attentively as you tell us your dreams. We collaborate with you to design, plan, and budget your project so that you can make your dream come true. We deliver a set of construction-ready plans that your contractor can use to get to work on your dream home.Read More
