Courtenay, were previously employed in senior roles within the Foseco organisation namely, Richard Dean, International Sales and Marketing Director, Barry Lightfoot, UK Sales Manager and MQPs Finance Director, Clive Johnson. Richard Courtenay, is MQPs Managing Director and CEO, responsible for overall strategy and operations of the business. Dr Rein Vainik, the MQP Technical Manager is responsible for quality and product development. The Companys guiding philosophy from inception has been to develop and introduce innovative technology for casthouses worldwide with the overall aim of improving quality and reducing operating costs.
