Motiv Employee Directory

Motiv means 'the source of action'. The company believes that all great achievement begins with a person with courage who is willing to stand up and advocate change. The company's clients are people who want a better customer experience. They are willing to take the calculated risk of advocating change to their customer experience because they see... the reward for doing it right. They are the source of action. Therefore, the company's clients are MOTIV. When the company's clients hire the company to implement any of the products in the Oracle Customer Experience suite, they are trusting the company to join them. They are asking the company to be a source of action for them so they can win. They are asking the company to be Motiv. In the company's company, every one of the company accepts this sacred challenge - to be a source of action and to make the world better, one customer experience at a time. Each of the company say, I am Motiv. #IAMMOTIVRead More
