Meyer & Reeder Employee Directory

At Meyer and Reeder, Inc. we are proud of our history. We have been in the custom cabinetry business and casework industry for over 35 years. Meyer and Reeder, Inc. was founded by Ralph Meyer and Otto Reeder in 1972. The pair struck out on their own after working as employees for a local cabinetry shop. The seven-employee shop offered basic cabinet... ry and plastic laminate tops with the utmost quality. The 4,800 square-foot building in Los Alamitos housed table saws, a vertical saw, a shaper and planer, and of course a multitude of hand tools. Current owner Jeff Oskins was originally hired on as a shop helper in 1980 moved up the ranks within just three years to become shop foreman. In 1989, Ralph & Otto asked Jeff if he and his wife would like to purchase the company. Jeff & Linda happily closed their developing J & L Cabinetry shop to carry on the reputation of the quality-focused Meyer and Reeder, Inc. Subsequently, many new products and manufacturing techniques were added, including solid surface countertops, coved plastic laminate and solid surface tops, radius-finished end panels, custom mouldings, and raised panel doors, among many others. In 1993, it became clear that a warehouse and production area made up of 4 individual units used together was no longer going to house the growing operation. We moved our shop to a 7,885 square-foot location in Anaheim, near the Anaheim Stadium and the Honda Center. Continuing our dedication to quality and the use of technology, we acquired three pieces of CNC machinery and jumped into the future with the use of CAD drawing programs Versacad and Autocad. These advancements allowed us to expand our offerings even further. From our newest location yet at 1255 N. Patt St. in Anaheim, our more than knowledgeable employees can bid, draw, produce, and install any project. At this 13,500 square-foot building, we operate with the latest and greatest technology, and our highly-trained employees operate them with great skill.
