McGary & Associates Employee Directory

McGary and Associates leads the industry by having Real Estate Agents who exclusively represent the best interests of you the home buyer. We are experts at helping you obtain excellent financing to purchase homes. Mortgage lenders compete aggressively for our business to the benefit of you and all our clients. We offer our services at no cost to yo... u the buyer! Our compensation is paid by the seller. We have been helping buyers find homes and financing in and around Charlotte since 1987. Our staff of experienced agents will make it fun and easy for you to buy your dream home. Most of the homes we help people buy are never listed in MLS, on the Internet, or are advertised for sale at all. We have had a large number of mortgage loan officers, processors, managers, and even underwriters as our buyer clients, helping them get loans that they could not even get themselves. We intentionally are not associated with, employed by, partnered with, compensated by, nor do we own any mortgage lender. McGary and Associates pioneered Buyers' Agency in the Charlotte region in 1987 and the methods we use to help our clients have become an industry model.Read More
