MasterCraft Safety Employee Directory

As leading pioneers in the recreational off-road and racing market since 1970, MasterCraft Safety, together with the company's sister brand, Impact Racing, have been a mainstay and trusted name brand for nearly two generations of off-road and motorsports enthusiasts. The recipe to the company's success is simple; the company were the first and the... company is the best. MasterCraft is the first company to offer a suspension seat specifically designed for the off-road racing market. This seemingly simple creation provided competitors with comfort and much-needed energy attenuation lacking on the early beam suspension racecars. It didn't take long for the recreational off-road market to demand the same level of comfort and fatigue-fighting ergonomics, thus the Rubicon® and MasterCraft Baja RS® were born. The launch of these two seats for the everyday street-to-trail recreational market forged a new level and comfort and made MasterCraft a brand that has been often imitated, but never duplicated. MasterCraft has since expanded its product lines to include occupant restraints rated to both the SFI 16.1 and 16.5 standard, as well as SFI 27.1 window nets. MasterCraft also offers a full line of tie-downs and ruggedized storage solutions to keep your tools and other necessities safely nestled in your weekend trail rig and your race vehicle securely strapped to your trailer.
