L&M DESIGN LLC utilizes its vision to successfully integrate new development within the fabric of existing or proposed communities. Each site, each neighborhood and each building does not exist as an entity unto itself, but effects and is influenced by it's surroundings. The challenges posed by environmental and regulatory restrictions coupled with... community involvement and market sensitivity generate the ground rules for our solutions. By working conscientiously and successfully with governing agencies, we assist developers in overcoming the challenges inherent in community planning. We expertly address issues such as regulatory constraints, brownfield sites, existing infrastructure, community opposition and more. Nationally recognized for our expertise, L&M DESIGN LLC integrates intra modal transportation, pedestrian, socio-economic, aesthetic and physical elements into long range planning solutions for the next generation of mixed use, infill and new communities. As a result, our designs serve as a vision to guide public policy and the Developer's investment strategy.Read More
