LG Electric & Lighting Employee Directory

LG Electric & Lighting offers service to property managers that is above and beyond the competition. We offer monthly lighting surveys, this means we will drive out to your property at night at the first of each month and report back to you what lights and signs are out. We create a lighting site plan of your property for you, and we do all of this... for free. Its like having a monthly lighting contract, without the contract. We specialize in keeping your area lighting on, with having your property surveyed you can know which properties need attention each month. Rather than letting your property go dark due to neglect, you will have options to have monthly lighting service. LG offers warranty spreadsheets unique to your property, this includesa 2 year warranty on any labor preformed, and a 1 year warranty on any light fixture that a lamp and ballast is replaced in. The spreadsheet will help you know which lights were worked on and what warranty comes with that repair. Spreadsheets are updated each time your property is serviced, and sent with the invoice. LG Electric & Lighting is able to offer the lowest prices because we are able to get our materials directly through the manufacturers, and keep our overhead low on labor. Therefore we can save you in most cases at least 10% on the cost of your lighting, sign, and electrical service. Contact us today to see how LG can work for you.Read More
