Our services begin with the procedures of pre-construction budgeting and planning during the conceptual phase, ending with final completion of the project. The steps we take during this process are concise, clear, and directly driven by the goal of completing a project on time, exhibiting our finest quality work. Estimating/Bidding: Our estimating department handles budgeting, bidding and cost control. Presentation of an accurate and timely budget is mainly the objective. We, nonetheless, believe in competitive and qualified bidding of subcontractors. Leo Construction, LLC. only selects qualified subcontractor bidders after full analysis of their scope of work. As our payment philosophy is to pay subcontractors as quickly as possible and work with them fairly, a good rapport has been developed with them. Consequently, they are very cooperative during the bidding/pre-construction period. Scheduling: We have in-house Primavera scheduling capability. We also use Microsoft Project for basic bar chart scheduling. Leo Construction, LLC. believes timely completion of a project is equivalent to cost saving to a Client, therefore good scheduling is an important service because it prevents almost any delays. Project Staffing: Staffing of a project, obviously, is a direct relationship to the size, complexity and timeframe of a project.
