What does Lending Path Mortgage do?

Lending Path is a subsidiary of The Hinks Company, Inc. The Hinks Company was established in June of 1983 by John W. Hinks, a twenty year veteran of the banking and savings and loan industry. At the time of the company's founding there were only a small number of mortgage lenders in the Columbia market. Most of those were institutional lenders, suc... h as savings and loan companies and large mortgage bankers. The Hinks Company entered as a Mortgage Banker and introduced several new concepts to the Columbia market, including a diversified portfolio of loan programs, out of the office loan origination, and pre-qualification for potential homebuyers. The company was also able to attract non-conventional mortgage capital from other financial institutions into the Columbia area, a practice that is still a vital part of our success. In 2011, we established a new wholly-owned subsidiary named "Lending Path," combining the expertise of The Hinks Company with the energy and enthusiasm of John Hinks, Jr. and Heath Goodrich. Unlike other local lenders, such as banks and mortgage bankers, as a true broker we are no longer bound by having to offer one type of loan, one interest rate or one chance at approval, giving our clients the best opportunity to be approved for the loan they really deserve. With a full portfolio of mortgage loan products ...Read More
