As outlined in a project statement of work (SOW), each revision is counted as an instance where many small changes can take effect on your design. It is expected that if changes are necessary to your design, you the client will provide me with an email or document stating what these changes are. Each email/document sent will be classed as one revision. A total of 3 revision instances will be included in the project cost. In short, YES.
