Just After Midnight Employee Directory

Just After Midnight, the business that enables digital agencies of all sizes to provide full 24/7 technical support to their clients, launches on 1 November 1 2016 following three months of intense beta testing. Founded by former Adelphi Digital Consulting Group and Reading Room director, Sam Booth, and backed by £250,000 of investment, Just After... Midnight is already working with several major agency groups. The startup business provides a white-label service, so agencies can offer server and application level support as part of their own branded offering without having to invest in an in-house function. Based in London and Singapore, Just After Midnight promises exceptional customer service from technical specialists qualified to diagnose and solve website and application problems. Using sophisticated monitoring systems, the company provides proactive server and application support across major enterprise systems such as Sitecore and Adobe. Just After Midnight solves that problem. Agencies can now outsource full technical support to the company and at the same time provide a seamless, branded service to their clients at a fraction of the cost of in-house 24/7 support. It makes financial sense to the agency and adds real value to their offering. And, as the company don't host, the company can help agencies become full managed service providers. This means they can stop turning valuable business away." Having held senior strategic roles at digital agencies across EMEA and Asia Pacific for over 10 years, Sam understands the commercial as well as technical challenges facing the industry.
