JMWilliams Contractors Employee Directory

JMWilliams Contractors is a full-service, design-build contractor who often assists clients in developing a design for their project while, at the same time, maintaining an acceptable budget. During that process, it is very important to balance quality with price. It has been said, "There is hardly anything in the world that someone cannot make a l... ittle worse and sell a little cheaper, and the people who consider price alone are that person's lawful prey. When helping a client develop a design for their facility, the company understands the importance of the quality and longevity of the structure as well as the price of the construction. When going through this process, the company offers alternatives for the client's consideration so that they can make a determination of which options meet thedesired cost/benefit ratio. Such options may be which structural framing system is the best fit for a specific project or what type of exterior faade will best suit the project - metal panels, EIFS, brick, etc. Other options to consider may be what type or what size elevators to use and what type finishes to use. Most of the time, the higher quality materials command the highest price. By going through this decision-making process, the company can help the client select the best balance of quality and price for their needs. Like most good contractors, JMWilliams prides ourselves on completing projects on time and on budget with excellent quality. However, the company strives to go the extra mile by considering ourselves an extension of the Owner and putting ourselves in their place. The company is the general contractor and building company that looks for every opportunity to put ourselves in your shoes. The company want to accomplish the same things for the company's clients as the company would want a builder to accomplish for the company if the company were the client. In doing so, the company add value to the company's client and to the project the company builds together.Read More
