JM Search Employee Directory

Since 1980, JM Search has partnered with private equity firms, venture capital firms, and select corporate clients to recruit transformational leaders. While we have grown from three college friends to a team that recruits for leading companies and investors, our approach to search has remained the same. Our Partners and Principals actively lead ea... ch search, throughout every step of the process. We never present a candidate until we have a complete understanding of their capabilities, experience, and motivation, which we obtain through rigorous assessment and due diligence. Our commitment to these principles, combined with our collective experience, distinct market expertise, and executive networks across industries, enables us to deliver the best possible outcome to every client, on each search.Read More
