J Recruiting Services Employee Directory

At J Recruiting Services, we do not take that ONE chance lightly. In a world where candidates have options, we understand that a poor candidate experience is expensive to the organization in more ways than one. We are unbelievably passionate about the candidate experience and treat our candidates like people. We ensure each person feels valued and... informed through the process. Every candidate may not be a fit for the role, but they should certainly leave the process with respect for the organization. We are honored to partner with our clients in ensuring that perfect candidate isn't lost due to something as silly as a recruiter that didn't understand the role and organization. Our team understands not only recruiting, but business and achieving results. Each of our recruiters have leadership experience and have been responsible for P&L, hiring, firing and leading teams for large organizations prior to joining J Recruiting. We know what it takes to be successful and can better assess candidates to ensure they have it.Read More
