Andrew is one of the founders of Xplan and has been CEO since 2009, having previously been Iress head of wealth management. In 2018, Andrew was named as a finalist in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards. Aaron looks after the strategy, direction and lifecycle for Iress' software. He joined Iress in 2004 and has held roles with AXA, National Australia Bank, Bank of New Zealand and Legal & General across Australasia and the UK. Andrew joined Iress to develop our culture of technology innovation. He has overseen large technology change programs for global financial services businesses, and was previously Chief Information Officer with Standard & Poors and IOOF. A former journalist and lawyer, Coran has advised leading wealth and technology companies and headed up media relations for the wealth business of one of Australias largest banks. Jason co-founded Xplan with CEO Andrew Walsh, and has been an instrumental part of Iress' expansion. He became Managing Director of Asia in 2010. John has spent most of his career in the financial services industry, holding positions with an international focus and in senior finance, strategy and operations roles. He has extensive global experience spanning Asia, Europe, US and Australia, including ten years in senior leadership with Australias Commonwealth Bank.
