Initiator Employee Directory

Initiator creates fresh, new insights that lead to consumer-preferred, brand-building ideas! Unlike traditional ideation approaches, we dont try to draw insights directly from consumers, or directly from the category were working in. This typically leads to inside the box, unremarkable ideas. Instead, at Initiator we seek outside-of-the-the box ins... piration from analogous and adjacent areas to your business to identify fresh, new consumer needs that represent growth opportunities. Our team has been instrumental in creating brand-building opportunities for some of the most recognized brands in the marketplace. We excel at creating new insights, while also understanding the different equities and attributes of brands, and then creatively putting these pieces together to develop concise and compelling brand-building opportunities, including brand positionings, product news, line extensions, and new product ideas.Read More
