HLM Realties Limited was formed in the Town of Trenton back in 1961 when three local businessmen with the last names of Humphrey, Logan and MacEachern decided to sell their real estate holdings. We have grown and evolved over the years because of the support of the people of Pictou County. Because of this support, we can proudly say that we are Nova Scotia's longest active real estate brokerage. Over 50 years later we are an independently owned and operated family business. Known by many, William 'Bill" MacEachern to this day is still owner / operator of the firm, and his son in-law Rod Rafuse is Broker of Record. Proud to call Pictou County home, they try to spread that enthusiasm to everyone they met.
