HL Bowman Employee Directory

HL Bowman is a non-commission based company. What this means for you, the company's customer, is that each and every time a technician or estimator shows up at your house-you can have the peace of mind that the company's employees are getting no commission incentives from over charging or upselling you any product you do not need. As the company's... customer, you will get charged the same amount for parts as your neighbor or someone you do not know. As the company's customer, you will also only receive recommendations from the company's technicians based on needs, not personal gains. These are all very important factors of the HL Bowman core values. Every day the company has new customers call the company from the Harrisburg area about being over charged by 3 to 4 times the industry standard. The company believes that by paying the company's employees an hourly rate instead of giving them commission incentives continues to give the customer the best experience with the company's company. At HL Bowman, the company is a third generation family run company and the company strives to treat the company's customers the way the company would want to be treated ourselves.Read More
