Heritage Construction & Development Employee Directory

At Heritage Construction, we build beautifully inspired custom homes with unlimited possibilities on the land that you love. If you don't have property yet, we can even help you find the right land for you. With our in-house Real Estate Agents, designer team, custom kitchen designers and interior designers, we can provide a full range of services t... o our clients all under one roof. After 15 years in the business, Heritage Construction can look back on a legacy of brilliant luxury home design, craftsmanship and livability. We haven't built the most homes or the largest homes (although some are pretty impressive) but we've certainly built some of Myrtle Beach's most thoughtful homes. And earned the loyalty of the clients we work for and the subcontractors who work for us. Turns out the secret to our success is surprisingly simple. Our hands-on approach keeps projects moving and at a quality high. And by never getting too big (building no more than 18 to 20 homes a year) we can give daily attention to each project and each client. That way, each Heritage Construction homes get built the way we want. The way you want. And built to last. We start by pouring solid foundations that exceed standard building code, to achieve increased strength overall. Add to that, things like premium framing studs and lumber and thermablock roof sheathing, so even the parts of the home you don't see are, well, beautiful to us. Our commitment to excellence extends to interior finishes and materials. Liberal use of custom tile in baths and entries, rich hardwood floors, fireplace mantles, cabinetry, bookshelves and trim, gourmet kitchens with top name brand appliances, natural stone in outdoor spaces, - and that's just a few of the build-it-right examples that add to the integrity of our luxury homes. All, of course, expertly installed by seasoned craftsmen with a wealth of experience in luxury home building and design. We love what we do.Read More
