HB Associates Employee Directory

Building the future with talent to spare! "Most of us at one time or another have been part of a great 'team', a group of people who functioned together in an extraordinary way - who trusted one another, who complemented each other's strengths and compensated for each others' limitations, who had common goals that were larger than individual goals,... and who produced extraordinary results...Many say they have spent much of their life looking for that experience again." Organizations are forever challenged in their search for the elusive formula - the elixir - for success. Recognizing that effective relationships are a key component of that formula, they struggle to assemble an ideal combination of key contributors - high achievers who are looking for a cause, something to believe in and be proud of. The key to a successful match, however, depends on whether or not the true needs of the organization can be effectively translated into a compelling value proposition. We at HB Associates focus on bringing together those individuals who believe in, and can make, that value proposition a reality. But we don't stop there. Current clients can attest to the fact that HB Associates brings an electrifying approach to every challenge. Our secret ingredient is our passion for success - our passion for identifying the right individuals who together, produce greatness.Read More
