Hardrives Employee Directory

Hardrives is a modern company that takes great pride in old-fashioned values. Honesty, loyalty and personal attention aren't abstract ideals at Hardrives. They're the core of this multi-million dollar business operation. Each job Hardrives undertakes is evaluated from the client's standpoint, so that the results are timely, cost-effective and of th... e highest possible quality. George Elmore who founded Hardrives in 1953, has as his motto, 'No client or employee is to be cheated or mistreated'. That was Mr. Elmore's feeling when he contracted for his first job (paving a driveway for $125). It's still true today when Hardrives is under contract with dozens of municipalities and nearly every major developer in Palm Beach County. An 'open door policy' prevails at Hardrives headquarters in Delray Beach. Everyone from a laborer to the chief executive officer of a development corporation has access to George Elmore. For more than 30 years, this open door policy has symbolized the willingness of Hardrives to accommodate its clients and the company's employees. The results speak for themselves.Read More
