Harold's leadership, integrity and passion for his work have been a model for his employees to follow and his standards of integrity and excellence are carried forward by the employees of Gutknecht Construction Company today. On September 29, 2010, the company's mentor, leader, and friend passed away. Harold's no nonsense approach to business and his sincere concern for his employee's families helped to advance Gutknecht Construction, and led him to offer the sale of the company to his employees in 1996.
