Thank you to each and every one of our guests for being our inspiration! Your appointments are very important to us at Fusion Salon. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. We realize that occasionally life happens. For this reason, it is our policy to give each guest a second chance the first time they cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice. However the second time an appointment is cancelled within less than 24 hours or missed completely (can it say) guest will be asked to prepay for half of their service before they can booking. In the event that a third appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or missed completely, the guest will be asked to prepay for entire service before booking. Both deposits are non-refundable.Read More
